The day called for rain all day, we had the umbrellas ready. On the drive to Port Huron it was raining…then when I pulled up to the Double Tree, the rain just stopped. No rain for the entire 8 hour day. It was a beautiful day for sure. I started with Hannah and her details. Check out her shoes! I love the colors and how they photographed with her rings and jewelry. After spending some time with Hannah, I headed over to Michael’s room. After he was ready for the day, we headed outside for the two of them to do their first look. I am a huge fan of first looks! Want to know why? Check out my article on first looks here: DO A FIRST LOOK. Originally the ceremony was supposed to be outside but with the pending weather it was moved inside for good reason. I am glad it was moved inside. It was a charming space with a fireplace going in the background. The vows made each of them cry. They had their first kiss and the ceremony was over. I loved their first dance and the photos I was able to create for them, they even through in a little dip kiss!
I have been giving my couples a little gift before I leave, take a look at the video at the end of the photos for their same day sneak peek! I want to thank Hannah and Michael for allowing me to be part of their celebration.

We cannot thank you enough for capturing Mike and Hannah’s very special day.

The photos are beautiful, and I do not typically say beautiful.
And the weather worked with you as well.
