When you think of the fall up north…take a look at Mariah and Sam’s beautiful fall wedding at The Little Flower Barn in Lake Isabella, Michigan. Perfect weather and the colors were just right. The day started with the details. Ring shots are my all time favorite detail shots to photograph. After they were both ready we got set up for the first look. They wanted a quiet intimate setting so setting up behind the barn was the perfect location. First looks are such an emotional moment for the bride and groom and giving them their space is the perfect move. Before the ceremony Mariah and Sam took a moment and shared their vows with each other.

One of the features of The Little Flower Barn is that the ceremony location sits right on the water. It’s a stunning view with the bride and groom standing there become husband and wife. The venue has a rustic feel and I love that they put up Edison lights all around the top. One cool thing about booking a non traditional wedding space is the ability to bring in your own food. A Mexican buffet was so good. After dinner the special events started. Mariah and Sam learned a special dance for their first fist dance. Then the parents had an emotional dance together. At the end of the night, we did a sparkler sendoff for Mariah and Sam.
